A site that explains how you go blind from food coloring in contact lenses?
already know that you could go blind from using food coloring to tint contacts. I just want it to be explained how they go blind from this. All sites say is that you will go blind or get infections from doing so, it just states that you will and does not give any backup of to how you go blind from it besides chemicals. Like what do the chemicals do to what part(s) of the eye that make you go blind? i just want to find a site thats very explanitory on how this sort of stuff happens.
I've been wearing colour lenses for about 10 years and have not gone blind.
