Is there a way to order contact lenses without getting fitted?
This is the prescription my doctor gave me:
OD +1.00= -.75 x 180
OS +0.75= -1.00 x 180
Is there more information that I need?
For instance, 1800contacts.com has a set DIA and BC number...what do those mean?
BC = Base Curve
DIA = Diameter
you must get fitted for contacts. other wise they most likely won't fit properly and will be very uncomfortable and a complete waste of money.
the prescription that you doc gave you is for glasses.
priscriptions for glasses and contacts are different.
