Contact lens prescription unverified?
I tried ordering my color contact lenses from a website and they said they could not verify my prescription with my optician. I'm not sure if they've charged my card as the email did specify, and don't seem to be answering my e-mails. What do I do? If they did charge it, could I get a refund?
Did your optician fit you for colored contacts and write you a prescription for colored contacts?? If you only went and got glasses or a glasses prescription from them, then the optician cannot verify something they didn't do, that would be illegal. If you were properly fit for colored contacts then you need to contact your optician and ask why they didn't verify it.
