The seagreen is nice. But hey, if you have blue eyes, light brown hair and are fair-skinned, then I'm sure it all adds up! 
I don't know why you'd want sea-green eyes! Blue eyes and brown hair is the best. They stand out more! (not that the green wouldn't stand out)
You should've put a picture of yourself so I can see and suggest an eye color for you!
