Non prescription contact lenses? HELP!?

i currently have dark green eyes but i want to lighten them up a bit without a drastic change. Anyways, yes i know there are non prescription contacts but the place you get them from still makes you take an exam, which is about 40 dollars out of my pocket! so please, if you know one, can you list a store where you can just buy and LEAVE with color contacts(prescription free and eye exam free) please help. and i'm talking about a store, NOT ONLINE. alrightt, thanks!
P.s, please don't comment on here and say stuff about how it's bad for your eyes, and blah blah blah. I've heard it before and plus thats not my question! Thanks!!:) 
they sell these on the boardwalk for about 10 to 20 dollars. I'm not too sure if the quality will be as good but if you want you can try them out. contacts are really frustrating to learn how to put in. I have contacts for my vision and it's a huge risk for horrible infections. I got this one eye infection from my contacts and I couldn't even open my eyes and I had to walk around squinting. my dad didn't believe me that anything was wrong but then my mom finally took me to the eye doctor once she noticed and the doctor told me it was like my corneas were like sand paper and I had to use these eye drops 3 times a day and it couldn't wear my contacts for like..a month. it was horrible. I don't think you should get contacts just because you want a lighter eye color. I'm sure your eyes are beautiful and you're a beautiful girl. don't put yourself through something you don't need to go through.
