Are colour contact lenses bad for your eyes in any way? ?
I heard they can stop you from getting cateract removal operations because of thinning in the cornea.
Please I really want to know if they damage them or not.
Contacts are usually only dangerous if you get them without being fitted by an eye doctor first or if you abuse them. As long as they are fitted, you are educated on how to care for them, and you are monitored while you wear them, the doctor will make sure they do not harm your eyes. As long as you clean them properly, don't sleep in them, and don't overwear them, your eyes should not be harmed.
