Can I get contact lenses (the colored no vision correction ones) without an exam? The exams are about 135 dollars, so I was wondering if you can get them without the exam.
Also does anyone know a good website to get cheap black contacts? A website link would be fully appreciated!

If you are in the USA, all lenses are considered prescription, whether used to correct your vision or just for cosmetic purposes. You will need to have them fit by a professional.
